Microglial activation and function in Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders
In collaboration with an international consortium and the Monoclonal Antibody Core Facility at the Helmholtz Center Munich, we developed antibodies against marker proteins for the homeostatic or disease associated state of microglia listed in Table 1. Antibodies were validated in Western Blot assays and immunoprecipitation assays as indicated.
Established antibodies are available for the scientific community upon request by e-mail to Sven.Lammich@mail03.med.uni-muenchen.de.
